SMART EDGE

Launched in 2012, the Smart Edge One Pack System is a comprehensive and streamlined solution that includes a fence, post, and accessories. This system was specifically designed to simplify the ordering processes and optimize distribution and logistics.

The versatility of this perimeter protection system allows for both vertical and horizontal adjustments, making it suitable for various ceiling heights and ensuring safety even in complex site scenarios.

The Smart Fence is constructed using lightweight, high tensile steel, complemented by an aluminum Smart Post. To provide debris protection and prevent objects from blowing through the fence, an easily attachable Debris Mesh Panel with a ½” opening is included. The installation time is impressively fast, requiring less than one minute per 7’6″ long panel.

Rest assured, the Smart Edge system fully complies with several standards, including OSHA 1926.502 and ANSI/ASSE A10.18-2007 in the USA, Ontario’s OHSA Section 26, NIOSH lifting equation, and European/British standards such as BSEN 1263:2002 and BSEN 13374:2004.

SMART POST

Smart Post is mounted on a Smart Fence and installed between the floor and ceiling from 7’4″ to 10′ for horizontal enclosure, or 8′ – 14′ for vertically mounted enclosure. Fence is installed between the floor and ceiling in just few steps by only pulling the trigger without threading, drilling or tightening.

SMART FENCE

Smart Fence is edge protection fence panel that can be quickly and easily installed / uninstalled, if necessary, in several combinations: -In horizontal row with height of 42″ (single fence); -In horizontal row with height of 84″(double fence); -In horizontal row with height 91″ (single fence), or within a series of a horizontal-vertical-horizontal combinations. Between the floor and the upper surface, the fence is secured by using Smart Post, which installs on the fence (horizontal or vertical) as an integral part of it, or connecting with some of the vertical support of our program. EDGE FAN

Formerly known as Speed Fan, this totally new concept of the horizontal debris netting catcher was introduced in 2008 and quickly won the worldwide market with its super-fast and easy installation.

In comparison with conventional systems Edge Fan comes in wider and shorter sections which allows easier and faster installation, jump and removal for any building shape. There are no overhanging cables and diaper-looking netting with gaps, that is easily torn apart by wind.

Edge Fan is wind-locked in position extending the true 10 feet from the building edge catching large and small debris objects with a two-layer net. It has been real-time tested in hurricane winds reaching 90 mph.

The system is easily cleaned by pulling the safety netting inwards and it also features its own lifting device set – so that the jumping is done on its own schedule independently of the tower crane and other parties’ time.

Edge Fan saved many lives by catching debris, as well as the life of a man catching him in an 80 feet fall in 2017.

Edge Fan is designed and tested in accordance with BS EN 1263-1 and ANSI A10.11 standards.

A slab grab attachment makes the system PT-proof and the installation process fast and straightforward. Following the independent modular design of its predecessor Edge Fan, this sectional system came out with a revolutionary telescopic build. One-size panelized sections easily adjust to different lengths and follow various building shapes. The Smart Net is attached to a single slab with 2 Slab Grab legs, requiring a single 1” diameter drill hole per leg. Smart Net Jumping Kit has an enhanced crane with no anchors and a better access at the building edge with a rotating and telescoping crane arm.
